Copper pyramids and faraday cages

I have been reading a lot on all of the frequencies our minds deal with (wifi, cell phones, and cell towers) and feel like it's effecting my meditation. I also feel like it effects our true potential as human beings and the abilities we may have. I came across faraday cages and copper pyramids. The copper cage blocks all electromagneticism making it free from all frequencies. Have not tried it and was just wondering if anyone knew more about the topic, or has any experience meditating inside a copper pyramid, I read a lot of good reviews but was not sure if it was just marketing.
