I NEVER remember dreams. I know everyone has dreams. I used to dream often and remember them. Now I cannot remember any dreams or even having them. What does this mean?

Try saying a dream affirmation before you go to sleep I had this problem myself i went to the vitamin store and bought some melatonin that helps also
This may sound stupid but keep a notebook n pen by your bed n when you do have a dream you remember write it down as soon as you wake up so you don't forget also tell the dreams to your friends or family during the day so you can try to remember new details from them
They also have apps for dream diaries

A medication or substance(like marijuana) you are using could be affecting your ability to remember dreams. If you are using a substance or taking medication, give it a break for a few days and see if your dreams come back.

Sometimes when i don't get 8-10hr of sleep i don't have dreams ,but when i get alot of sleep (8-10hr)i can remember my dreams.

Smoke weed, do shrooms. but more importantly, go out connect with nature, meditate, clear your mind. you might have a lot going on in your life at the moment, maybe you're stressed. there's a lot of things can be causing this problem, like i said take sometime to clear your mind go to nature, think about whats going on in your life, get rid of all the bad vibes and energy. sometimes all we need is to spend some time by ourselves, reset our minds. let me know how it goes or if you find a solution, good luck.
